Oil-impregnated paper bushings are manufactured by alternately winding insulating paper and aluminum foil around a conductive tube according to design specifications to form a capacitor packet. This packet is then housed within upper and lower porcelain shells (or composite hollow insulators) connected via a coupling flange. The assembly is subsequently vacuum-impregnated with transformer oil for insulation. Since producing China's first oil-impregnated paper bushing in 1958, our company has focused on technology introduction, mastering international manufacturing processes for oil-paper insulation products. This has enabled us to develop proprietary manufacturing techniques, bringing the technical parameters and performance indicators of our bushings to world-class standards comparable to advanced international counterparts. Our products even surpass foreign alternatives in electrical performance and insulation margins. In recent years, we have further launched seismic-resistant & explosion-proof oil-impregnated paper bushings, resolving the historical vulnerability to explosion during short-circuit failures. This innovation has breathed new life into traditional products.
